Ceilidh trail Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. This trail runs along the west coast of Cape Breton, with the Northumberland Strait always on your left. The trail, an abandoned rail line runs through such villages as Port Hood, a small fishing town, where lobsters and snow crab can be bought at the wharf and through Mabou with its rich Scottish traditions, complete with Gaelic signs.
